| Q: What type of service do you provide? |
| A: Tell us where and when you want to go, and we will get you there. We have many different types of vehicle and they are all provided with polite and helpful licensed PCO drivers. |
| Q: How do I get a quote or make a booking? |
| A: To get a quote please use our 'Quick Quote' system which can be found on the left hand side of this page. If your destination is not listed we can send you a custom quote and full instructions should you wish to book.To make a brief enquiry please use the following link:(Enquiries) |
| Q: What area do you cover? |
| A: We can provide service in most parts of the UK, but if for any reason we can't we probably know someone who can. Our aim is to enhance the service that we provide, so be rest assured we will go that extra mile to provide you with as much as we can. |
| Q: I have completed the booking form, what happens next? |
| A: Once you have completed the booking form, we shall reserve your vehicle and you shall receive a booking reference no. When you receive your booking reference no. you can be sure your booking is in our system and your driver will be there. |
| Q: Where do I meet my driver at the airport? |
| A: The Meeting Point is detailed in the booking process and is also stated in the email confirmation. Generally it is "The Information Desk" Or "The Arrivals Hall" at all airports or ports. |
| Q: What if my flight is delayed? Will I be charged extra? |
| A: Our standard procedure involves monitoring all Heathrow flight times so regardless of a late or early arrival, your driver will be there. Your driver will enter the terminal 30 minutes after your flight lands (15 minutes for domestic and European flights). From the moment your driver enters the terminal, an additional 45 minutes waiting time is included in all of our quotes. This means that from the time your flight lands, you have 1 hour 15 minutes to meet your driver (1 hour for domestic and European flights). If on the extremely rare occasion you have not located your driver within this period, waiting time is charged at £15 per hour (25p per minute). This pays for the driver waiting time and car park costs respectively |
| Q: How can I pay for this journey? |
| A: There are 2 ways that you can pay for your journey: 1. Cash - Sterling (£) directly to the driver. 2. PayPal - just follow our on screen instructions. (Subject to a handling fee) |
| Q: Does My Fare Include Tips? |
| A: No, neither the minimum charge nor your fare includes a tip. Giving a tip is discretionary and completely up to you. |
| Q: I need a receipt for my journey, when do I get a receipt? |
| A: If you pre-pay using a debit or credit card we can send you a receipt via email. Passengers will also receive a receipt from their driver once the transfer has been completed. |
